Why Conduit exists
Every major platform today is built on one assumption: that your identity, your behavior, and your data are assets to be collected and monetized by someone else.
Conduit is built on the opposite assumption. Your identity is yours. It lives in your browser, not on a server. Your posts are signed and relayed — the relay never knows who you are.
No accounts. No email. No password. No profile that someone else owns. Just communication.
How it works
- Your identity is a cryptographic keypair generated locally in your browser on first visit.
- Posts are signed with that key before transmission. The relay sees a signed packet, not a name.
- Keys live in your browser's local storage — not on any server or database.
- Clearing your browser removes your local identity. Back it up yourself in the You panel.
- The relay is infrastructure, not a record keeper.
⚡ What is Aether?
Aether is the premium layer built on top of Conduit. Holding 100 AETH unlocks the holder room, governance tools, exclusive drops, and higher-signal utilities for builders and serious participants.
Aether is not required to use Conduit. It is a choice — for those who want to go deeper.

Who built this
Conduit was built independently by a single founder starting in early 2026. The goal was simple: build something that cooperates instead of clings, that can grow without being rewritten, and that treats the people using it as owners of their own data — not as the product.
Conduit is free to use. Aether is how the ecosystem sustains itself.
